Where we deliver
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. U.S. territories and APO, FPO and DPO addresses are outside our delivery area.
Shipping cost
All orders within our delivery area receive free standard shipping. No minimum purchase is required.
Handling and transit
Order handling takes an estimated 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch takes an estimated 3–4 business days. The estimated total is 4–6 business days: handling plus transit. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Order cut-off and business days
Our daily cut-off is 07:00 PM Central Standard Time, fixed at GMT−06:00 throughout the year, without daylight-saving adjustment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. For orders paid before the cut-off on a business day, that day is the handling reference day. Orders paid after the cut-off, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day as the handling reference day.
